Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love our products! If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately before attempting a return. We’ll provide replacements on a case-by-case basis for products that are defective or damaged, but not for those damaged through neglect, everyday use, buyer's remorse, or shipping to the wrong address.
Returns for Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, we will replace or refund it. To initiate a return for a damaged product:

Contact Us: Email us at support@allheartallthetime.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic or video evidence.

Packaging Damage: If the box or packaging is damaged, please send us a photo before opening it so we can assess your claim.
Minimal dents or scuffing during shipment are not considered damage. Dusting around palette pans is normal.
Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A $3 return processing fee will be charged for each returned order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as photographs of the item as requested.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided in extreme conditions, such as severely damaged or defective products. Refunds are not accepted for items damaged through neglect, everyday use, buyer's remorse, or shipping to the wrong address.
If you receive a severely damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@allheartallthetime.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic or video evidence. Minimal dents or scuffing during shipment are not considered damage. We will assess each claim individually and provide a solution based on the situation.
